The ingredients you'll need
1 cup raw cashew
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp chipotle powder
1/4 tsp cayanne pepper (optional)
Start by soaking the raw cashews overnight in a bowl of cold water. After the cashews have had a good soak, drain the water and pour the cashews into a high-powered blender or food processor. Next, add the water, olive oil, lemon juice, coconut aminos, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, sea salt, and chipotle powder.
If you like a bit of heat, add in the optional cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Now you have yourself a delicious dairy-free dipping sauce!
