Here is a short and sweet workout for anyone who is feeling a little tight.
Follow along and try to enjoy the movement. If at any point during the workout, something doesn't feel good, STOP! Skip that exercise and resume with the next one.
Remember, motion creates emotion! If you are just getting started with exercising, try to do this workout two to three times a week and alternate it with walking or some other cardio two to three times a week.
