Goals are like buttholes! 💩

Everyone’s got one, and most of them stink! 😜

A fitness or health goal is like the finish line at the end of the race. It’s your target. However, goals that are vague and undefined won’t help you get to the finish.

In my 5-day challenge, we’ll talk about how to set SMART goals so that you can get specific in what you want to achieve AND how you’ll get there.

SMART is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-based. Each element of the SMART framework works together to create a goal that is carefully planned, clear and trackable. - Indeed.com

How I Lost 15 Pounds During a Pandemic

When the pandemic hit, I lost control. My business took a hit and so did my mental and physical health. Yes, even health professionals can veer off course sometimes, but knowing the tools to get back on track is what helped me turn things around quickly!

Once I was ready to get out of my slump and had a clear WHY, I set some goals. My goal was to lose 15 pounds in three months. I didn't want to lose weight too quickly, because I know from my training that that's a sure-fire way to gain it right back. 5 pounds per month felt specific, measurable, and achievable. The slow approach was relevant to my expertise and beliefs as a personal trainer, and the goal was time-bound.

And guess what? By setting clear routines and focusing on the process rather than the results, I hit my goal!

Create Your SMART Goal

On day 2 of my upcoming 5-day challenge, we’ll be digging into SMART goals and learning how to set ones that work based on your WHY.

Join me March 29th - April 2nd for a 5-day kickstart (it’s free!) to launch your health journey. It's only 30 minutes a day - a small commitment with BIG results!

Hope to see you there!
