ter Getting COVID-19, I was laid up for about a month. My fitness and health routines were swept aside as I focused on rest and recovery.

While this was frustrating, it reminded me that no matter who you are or what your goals are, life will always throw obstacles in your way, especially if you are a parent!

It's ok to pause and take the time you need to recover. The trouble is when those pauses turn into long stretches and, all of a sudden, you've forgotten how to set up and maintain healthy habits.

This month, I'm launching a FREE 5-day challenge to help dads that need a kickstart to get back on track and start crushing their fitness goals again! Whether you've been sick, are out of shape, or you're over the complacent COVID lifestyle, this challenge will kick your butt back into action!

Here's what’s involved:

  • ONE 30-minute live call each day of the challenge

  • Each call includes a 20-minute live workout followed by a 10-min talk with actionable takeaways

  • Access to my workout library and a private Facebook group for accountability

  • A 15-minute personal health and fitness consultation

All you need to do is commit to 30 minutes a day to join or watch the call and an additional 20-30 minutes a day to complete action items. It's a small commitment with BIG returns!
